🔄 Return Policy (7 Working Days)

We have a 7 working day return policy, which means you have 7 working days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit.
  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • We do not offer cash or credit card refunds. All returns will be in the form of a credit note valid for one year.

📝 Return / Exchange Process

  • Email us with product images (with packaging & tags) to schedule the return pickup.
  • Items must be unworn and in original condition. Items damaged or altered after tag removal will not be accepted.

📍 Important Pick-Up Processes:

  • Once approved, pickup will be done within 7–10 business days at no extra cost.
  • If pickup is cancelled by customer, additional charges apply for re-pickup.

🛡️ Warranty

Currently, we provide a 1 year warranty on personalized name products. If your product fades within 6 months, we will replace it free of charge. For warranty claims:

🤝 Exchanges

  • You may exchange your item for the same or another product, subject to stock availability.
  • Reverse logistics / pickup charges will be borne by the customer: ₹150.

✅ How to Place a Return/Exchange Request

  1. Visit the ‘My Account’ → ‘My Orders’ section and place the request.
  2. Fill up the required details and submit.
  3. You will receive an email/SMS once the request is approved.

💸 Refund Policy

  • Shipping/delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • For prepaid/COD orders, once delivered, refunds are not issued. Customers can opt for an exchange or store credit.

🚚 Shipment Policy

  • Orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding national holidays).
  • You can track your order under ‘My Orders’.
  • We offer free shipping across India.

❌ Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
  • Refused orders (prepaid) will be refunded within 3–7 working days after return.
  • For sale/coupon orders, only store credit will be provided.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable on cancellations.
